The myriad of web cams offer some chance to see what's going on in the world.
There is an osprey nest on Skidaway island just out from Savannah that has three webcams. Two of the Ospreys have hatched and are growing day by day. Good daily project for the kids to record growth of the hatchlings.
There are plenty of others for different animals across the country.

Put it on the big screen TV, sit back in a beach chair with your favorite beverage and watch the waves come in.

I go to the art museum sites around the world who are hosting their collections w/commentary. I also go to world famous orchestra sites that are streaming old performances from decades ago.

I love watching eagle webcams. There are eagles around a lake I go to. Beautiful & majestic birds.
In the past I've checked out the cam for the condors at San Diego Zoo. Great birds.
Lots of hawks in my neighborhood. They too are fascinating to watch.
The DC Eagle Cam is pretty cool, but not much happening there at the moment.

Came within 7 feet of the 100 year flood stage line.

It went from a couple of inches in the bottom of the creek bed to over 5 feet deep in 4 hours.
The chipper video was for the Vaylorettes. They never told me what it was for, but when those girls put on their thongs and chaps, you never know what will happen.
Just put two more showing the 5 hour distance. Occie cat walking the bank, then 5 hours later.
Watch the bushes flatten out.

I go where i want, when i want ,and do what i want. Always wear a work glove when i pump gas, have for decade's. Will tell folk that get too close,like within 5 ft to back off. Again done this for decades. Have carried sanitizer in my truck for decades as well. Stay the hell away from folk that are sick. Don't wipe my eye's,nose or around my mouth with my hand's or finger's until i've washed my hands. Mind you ,this is not just during this jive ass BS 19 crap. Have done this practice for decades.
