Those damn Canadians! Can't trust any of them. I still haven't forgiven them for burning down the Whitehouse in the War of 1812.

My Kudos to Canada! Interesting that per above article Canada is in violation of an international treaty that forbids the legalization of marijuana. The U.S. is also part of that treaty.
