what if there were some alleged shenanigans in the election? trump immediatly files 100's of lawsuits and clinton the same. different appeals courts have conflicting rulings.....goes to 4-4 supreme court. would obama remain president? would biden with ryan as vice pres? what would happen? maybe the lawsuits don't all get resoved before the transfer of power? what happens?
