Anyone leave it blank?

Anyone not vote for Biden or Trump, or third party?
I was just reading an article about "undervotes"
Up to 40,000 voters in each state such as Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and North Carolina failed to vote for POTUS, had everyone done so it could've made a difference in some states or in 2016 could've even changed the outcome.
I did not vote for either candidate and also did not vote third party POTUS as I have in the past. I really had no interest in supporting either major party candidate this time and as for third party didn't see the point in it this time.

Headline story for a day, but the truth is people have not voted the top of the ticket for every presidential election in every state. 2020 isn't any different. Doesn't change the outcome.

Nothing new, just like people who don't go to the polls at all because they don't think it matters (clearly it does).
How do you not at least write in "Joe Walsh"?

Which Joe Walsh, the musician or the Republican politician? How do you make that distinction on a ballot?

I noticed, for whatever it's worth, that if Trump would have gotten 1/3 of the Libratarian votes in Arizona, he would have won that state.

^^
same in GA too, I think
I never left it blank, I voted for John Anderson in 80.

Yeah the article stated that the % of voters who didn't vote for President this cycle compared to 2016 is down. And while they said that this year, if everyone would've voted for POTUS it could've had an impact in one state, like 2112 says Arizona, or maybe some others that are named, overall it would not have effected the outcome of this election. But it could've have in 2016.
Anyway...those of us who don't vote for POTUS that's the point, we don't want to support either side or whichever candidate or party. So it's false to suggest that we are "reachable" voters that if only one of the candidates would've done a better job trying to attract us that we would've gravitated towards one side or the other.

Did anyone catch the last line of the story, the quote from the Libertarian? I'll quote it here

In Pennsylvania, where Biden led Trump by some 47,000 votes as of Tuesday, the share of ballots cast for a Libertarian fell from 2.4% in 2016 to 1.1% in this presidential year.
“It’s the worst ever for third-parties,” said Steve Scheetz, chairman of the state’s Libertarian Party. “But if someone said to me, ‘If I put a gun to your head and you had to pick one,’ I’d take the bullet.”

That's why I hate all of the "ifs". Only matters to campaign managers. I get trying to reach undecided voters when the differences aren't so stark, but these two candidates were not only a sharp contrast but also incredibly familiar to voters for years.

Next time I may write in Jesus but he's going to be a Syrian when he announces he has returned so he would not be eligible unless we are under a one world government by then. If the New World order is in charge of us next time, I will write in Jesus.
