6:00 Follies / Trump Rallies
So I guess these are done now? The last one I think was a week ago.
I watched a video from the oval on Cspan with the Louisiana Gov where Fauci and Birx were present and spoke. Trump said "they are more famous then me I'm a little jealous".
Now if we want to see what medical experts or other people on the task force are saying will have to search for statements and interviews instead of regular briefings.
I didn't see any of the McEnany briefing, was any other speaker there?
KM was the only speaker. She's pretty TV smooth. She was effective but when challenged tried to turn on reporters. Does that sound familiar?
I suspect we'll be seeing more of the follies soon because Trump can't resist the urge to brag about how he's saving the country & being the greatest and all the rest of his self admiration. Remember he has no outlet other than this because MAGA rallies are on hold.
Hopefully we'll see more of Dr. Fauci, but remember that he is a fact check on Trump, and in Trump World that's a no no. As a matter of fact the most transparent prez ever is blocking Dr. F from testifying before Congress. Why does that sound familiar?

I think people finally got through to Trump that him holding those briefings were counterproductive, for him personally.
We've been in agreement throughout, they should just hold them without Trump - but doubt he'd allow it.
He was actually in front of a camera this past week a good bit, but at random times, I didn't catch much of any of it live.
The task force should still hold briefings...it isn't like this thing is over, even though Trump wants it to be.

He will testify before a Senate committee, there are Democrats there to who can ask pointed questions.
