Well, I saw both of these groups in Dallas last night, and it was a kickass show!! Dirty Honey played first & they are a great band!! Great singing & playing. The Crowes came on next and played the whole Shake Your Moneymaker album from start to finish, along with some other songs as well. Chris Robinson still sounds great, and RIch still plays guitar really well. I do wish the other original members would've been there as well, but the guys with them were pretty good. There was another guy playing guitar as well, and he was awesome!! I think this tour will definitely give Dirty Honey more exposure, because that's what Rock music needs right now. We need the younger guys to keep the music alive after the older bands aren't playing as much anymore. Here's the setlist from the show:

Dirty Honey:

Gypsy
Break You
No Warning
Last Child (Aerosmith cover)
Tied Up
Heartbreaker
Down the Road
California Dreamin’
The Wire
Another Last Time
When I'm Gone
Rolling 7s

Black Crowes:

Twice as Hard
Jealous Again
Sister Luck
Could I've Been So Blind
Seeing Things
Hard to Handle (Otis Redding cover)
Thick N' Thin
She Talks to Angels
Struttin' Blues
Stare It Cold
No Speak No Slave
My Morning Song
By Your Side
Sometimes Salvation
Wiser Time
Thorn in My Pride
Sting Me
Remedy

Encore:
Hey Hey What Can I Do

I have not listened to DH yet, will make it a point.

Totally agree with you. I mentioned something similar  in another thread. CR mentioned that the BC have written some new music. I might be dreaming, but it would be really cool if these guys put something out that kinda turns peoples ears back to the "rock/classic rock/guitar driven music." There is no doubt that these two can write music, its been proven. I am sure it will be quality no matter what becomes of it.

Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,
