Robby is a great guitarist who can still play.I really enjoyed listening to him . He had a solid backing band . It was all Doors songs which was fine by me. However I must comment on the singer - his son. To put it kindly he is marginally talented , but he is incredibly arrogant and obnoxious. He tried to engage the crowd but when some replied he told them " shut the f up. When some persisted he threatened to come off stage and fight them " no problem ". This went on all night. Of course he was drunk but that is no excuse. IMHO he was quite the a-hole.
Caught Robby at the Trucks' Sunshine Music Fest in Boca last January. Robby still has it and the band was good. But his son sucked. God bless Robby for wanting to play with his son, but Waylon just didn't cut the mustard.
