The Alphonse Mouzon album "Mind Transplant" is so great. It's the sister album to Billy Cobham's "Spectrum" and Jeff Beck's "Wired." Remarkable drums, dazzling guitar, swirling chops paired with great groove and soul. The CD bonus track "The Real Thing" is such a great glimpse of what truly "on" jamming is all about.
