We need more new bands in the mainstream that play like this, and fill up the big venues!!!!!

Here's where Foghat cut their chops:
I saw Foghat in 1974. Sharp dressed man played a lot of great slide guitar on a SG. I think he is dead now. Don't remember his name.
Saw this band twice in 1970. Guitartist is dead too. Joe Bonamassa or Eddie Van Halen probably would say he is rough around the edges but boy does he rare back and let it roll!!!
Great stuff - yep the Savoy Brown Boogie, live side of A Step Futher - smoke - Where Were You Tomorrow, the live one from Pilgrimage, Wishbone Ash’s 2nd one - similar awesome boogie rock (love the song title)

Rod Price. Saw them open for Rod Stewart at the "Cow Palace" in '74 I believe.....
Been listening to alot of Foghat lately and what a damn good band, I am liking some of the newer albums also. Never saw them.
