Wow look at all the weeds hanging off that Telecaster headstock. No need to cut those strings. Sounds just as good.
Notice the drummer is only playing with four drums. Snare, bass, mounted tom and floor tom.
Jaimoe often plays with a small kit with just four drums. Some tours Jaimoe has two mounted toms which gives him five drums.
A lot of the great jazz drummers in the past played small kits but it sounds like many drums when it's a pro playing.
Notice this short solo from Joe Morello using four drums.
