Really odd there isn't more info about this doc. Maybe they're waiting for the film fest circuit to be over to generate some buzz. The film isn't even listed on the director's imdb or wikis.
The director, James Keach, also directed the Glenn Campbell and David Crosby documentaries, so seems legit. He was married to Joan Collin's sister and then to Jane Seymour. Not bad! He's also Stacy Keach's nephew.
Any word on when this might get an official release?
Not yet. Looks like it’s just debuting at festivals, which is usually when distributors bid on rights to films. Probably be a few months until we find out where and when it’s available.
Hope we find out soon when this will come out. Gregg Allman was a major talent!!
