I can only speak for myself, but man I do dig Duane Betts' playing. He has grown so much recently as a guitarist, not sure what rhe cstalyst was. He is my "to watch and see often in 2019" guy.

Seems to me the catalyst was the 1.5 -2 years he spent on the road with Dawes as their touring guitarist in 2015-2016. After that experience, his playing had noticeably stepped up to another level. Looking forward to seeing him play in 2019 at some point.

Love Warren's smiling during the tune. Almost looks like he says "wow" at 6:47 mark.

Gotta wonder what Warren is thinking---Dickey got him started with the ABB, and the two of them blew out so many shows...some of the best in ABB history. Now he's the elder statesman playing with Dickey's son

I haven't seen Duane live in a long time. It's nice to read all of the praise here for him. The last time I saw him he was in Dickey's band. A minor part and he was pretty raw. Nice that he is getting better.

Reminiscent of what Duane did on Blue Sky from Eat a Peach, melodic, sweet, really nice.

Dickey must be very proud of his protege progeny, and rightfully so.

They have the Melissa/Mountain Jam up as well with Duane. Pretty fun.

That was beautiful. I hope the duane bashers out there do watch it. Tremendous and I’m so glad duane is keeping his fathers legacy and style alive. Makes a change from shredding!

ya know the Mountain Jam was seriously good as well. Interesting combo of Melissa>Mountain Jam>Melissa
