I was on the fence until I started reading Mike Campbell's book (thank you Rob for the recommendation!) .  Two chapters in and I knew that I HAD to go!  Anybody else gonna be there?

Jealous.  I'd love to see Campbell's solo band.  Want to pick up his latest disc as well.  I don't have any of his solo records.

@robslob Other than a couple of videos on Youtube, I am not familiar with the'Knobs music at all.  I love what I've heard, though.

I've been trying to familiarize myself before tomorrow's show.  Wishful thinking:  Stan Lynch lives in nearby St. Augustine.  It would be waaay freakin' cool if he showed up for a sit-in!  😉

Excellent show at the amazing Florida Theater!  Last stop on the tour - in Mike's hometown.  Dirty Knobs originals, Tom Petty covers and some Blues jams!  Excellent seats in a sold-out venue considering I didn't decide to go until a couple of days before. If you EVER get the chance to see Mike Campbell and the Dirty Knobs, by all means jump!

Setlist:

1. Southern Boy

2. Hometown Blues

3. So Alive

4. Dare to Dream

5. Wicked Mind

6. Fuck That Guy

7. Good Enough

8. Love is a Long Road

Intermission: Steve Ferrone Story Time

9. Makin' Some Noise

10. Woman In Love (And it's Not Me)

11. Hell or High Water

12. Rat City

13. The Waiting

14. Don't Fade On Me

15. Don't Wait Up

16. Shake These Blues

ENCORE:

17. YOU GOT LUCKY

18. Roadrunner/Who Do You Love?/ Can't Judge a Book By Its Cover/ Rollin' and Tumblin/ I'm So Glad

19. You Wreck Me

Personnel:

Mike Campbell - guitar, vocals; Chris Holt - guitar, keys, vocals; Lance Morrison - bass; Steve Ferrone - drums

with Shannon McNally (solo and with band - guitar, vocal) and Holly Bynum - vocals, cowbell
