It was a fine evening & good to meet some fellow Allmanacs for the first time & Mart again of course. I was also lucky enough to be generously given a CD by Dave's band The Equatorial Group. It was the perfect soundscape for driving back late through the streets of North London. Having played it a few times now, I can honestly say it's a excellent listen! So many thanks Dave and all the best with the band. If I had to compare it to anything I'd say Cowboy Junkies meets Blue Nile, but it's beautifully crafted and stands proud on it's own merits

Yes indeed … great gig in London … thoroughly enjoyable evening made all the better by seeing you guys again … and I second Nigel in that your CD is an excellent listen Dave!!
