Should be interesting. And Dickey will have nice words for Gregg. Dickey and Gregg fell out more than once but always loved each other and sooner or later would miss each other. After Duane and Berry died, Gregg was the one Dickey was closest too as I read the sign posts over the years.

He will? Not that I doubt this could happen but have you seen some sneak peek at the interview somewhere?

Gregg and Dickey have/had been saying nice things about each other for the last 3 years. It began when Gregg began mentioning Dickey by name on stage when his solo band began playing Southbound. Dickey responded 3 years ago that he has never had a problem with Gregg and Gregg was the one in the band he was closest to for decades and Gregg got talked into voting against Dickey in 2000 by someone in the band who had a lot of pent up dislike toward Dickey for many years something Dickey said blindsided him. Dickey wasn't aware of that fact.

Also Dickey praised Gregg's song writing and singing post Gregg's death so I'm guessing that will continue in the Rather interview. About a year ago Dickey refused to say anything negative about Butch stating Butch had passed over to the other side and he wasn't going to say anything bad and complimented Butch and Jaimoe on their drumming.

Other than to say he was hurt by his ouster from the band, I don't believe Dickey has ever publicly said a bad word about any of his former bandmates.

It is time Dickey got his due with an interview like this. Lot of great songs/performances/friendships to reflect on.
