JMO but if an artist agrees to sign books he should sign and not allow an autopen to be used.
There was a similar controversy with a British bookseller selling autopen copies of Keith Richards autobiography back when it was released but not telling buyers it was not hand signed by Keef.
I collect autographed musician biographies and make sure they were done in person before I buy one.
