Thank you for posting the link to your interview.

Great job Derek. Very good read.

Don't forget folks, Warren's Christmas Pre-jam streams live from AsheVegas tonight at the Orange Peel at 6pm online at the best listener supported radio station in the country in my opinion, which I am lucky enough to pick up on three different frequencies on my car radio depending on which side of the mountain I'm on - at www.wncw.org.
If Vince Gill, shows up tonight, he will do so with a heavy heart as the amazing singer Dawn Sears finally lost her battle with cancer last night.
NASHVILLE – December 12, 2014 -- Dawn Sears, 53, stellar vocalist and member of Rounder Record’s 4-time Grammy-nominated band The Time Jumpers, died Thursday night, December 11. Diagnosed with lung cancer in February 2012, Sears fought the disease ferociously and championed efforts for lung cancer research. In addition to having been a Time Jumper, she was also a long-time member of Vince Gill’s touring band. She is survived by her husband, the fiddler and fellow Time Jumper Kenny Sears and daughter Tess. Funeral arrangements are pending.
Dawn and Vince and the Time Jumpers - doesn't get much better than this -

Is there a list of who's playing?
I keep missing the beginning and end of sets and have no idea who's up.
Who was the last group, who brought Warren on? I liked them. And the bluegrassy band who did all cover songs at the start.

Great article Derek! Really, really good interview.

The opening band was Love Canon featuring a friend of mine Nate Leath on fiddle...
right now it is Kreutzmann and the boys with Oteil on bass.........

These guys are killing it. And the bass is well up in the mix. Definitely on purpose.

Warren Haynes Presents: The Christmas Jam
Due to the very unfortunate passing of his "Time Jumpers" band mate and singer Dawn Sears, Vince Gill will not be able to perform as planned at tomorrow night's Christmas Jam.
All of us in the Christmas Jam Family would like to offer our condolences to Vince and everyone in his camp. Please stay tuned for further updates.

Mule just starting.... www.wncw.org...........

They sound good. Wish I were there.

Neil-O-Ween - "Cowgirl" with Jackie

Yup. Nice tight set so far. This has been a great night of tunes.
I gotta say, not just this week, but every week, there can't be a better station around than WNCW.

Really fun Mule set tonight. Glad I tuned it.
First time hearing the Radiators. Liked them a bit too.
And as I'm writing this Warren said Happy B Day to Dickey
BLUE SKY!!!!

For Dickey's birthday- Mule and jack and Oteil playing "Blue Sky"...whut??

That was great. And I'll tell ya, they had the best bass mix I've ever heard on a streams show. I listen fairly low volume with my 1-year old just upstairs and I could hear the bass clear as crystal. Was a nice treat.

Jorgen was smoke...thick and rolling....and so cool to hear the tribute to Dickey.......

That Blue Sky was great.

First time hearing the Radiators.
Revivalists?

Let the smoke begin.......
