I'll guess it might be Waterloo Records in Austin, TX.
Haven't been there in 12 years, though.

It looks a lot like Amoeba Records in SF in the Haight. If it is you could spends hours or all day there.

I think it might be the Hollywood Amoeba location , one of the same stores Bootsy is talking about on another thread .

Yeah, I am pretty sure its Hollywood.
I could probably spend all day in there.
