Easing back into reality after a nice weekend.
Peter Gabriel/Sting on Saturday was really great. Both bands were basicially on stage the whole time. Gabriel brought Tony Levin, and Vinnie Colaiuta is in Sting's band. Alot of great playing.
There was song swapping, and each singer would do back-up vocals for the other. My favorite moment was Sting doing the intro of Dancing with the Moonlit Knight. Awesome!
Dead & Company on Sunday was good too. I think it was the best show overall of the three we saw this tour. We were right next to the soundboard, and were 40 feet away from Bill Walton and Bobby's wife for most of the show.
Oteil got a huge reaction from the crowd when he took a verse of Goin' Down the Road Feelin' Bad.
I also came home with a couple of cases of Wisconsin beer, and chesse and brats from the Mars Cheese Castle.
