My youngest son's birthday is tomorrow - played golf with Carlos May today - his is Thursday.

Great trivia question - which major league player wore their birthday on their uniform? Carlos May had May 17 on his back........... Grin

Looked him up because I have a game used Cubs jersey of Derrick May, thought they might be related. Turns out Derrick is the son of former MLBer Dave May.

I hadn't realized that Carlos is the brother of Lee May, also a pro player.

Seeing Alice in Chains at a relatively small place Tuesday. Hearing aids or earplugs? 😛 Grin

Earplugs but you'll still end up needing hearing aids. 😮

Going to a Royals game this weekend. They're giving out a Brett "bobble arms" Pine Tar bobblehead. Much like the one I sent you from the Omaha Storm Chasers game a few years ago. Pretty sure the big league team "borrowed" the idea from that.

Unfortunately, they're playing the Skankees (which makes sense tying in the Pine Tar Game). I told Razor all of my moral fiber has eroded away apparently that I'll go to a Skankees game. 😉 Cool

So The Hot Blonde is in Atlanta watching Yu Darvish and his 0-3 record and 6.00 ERA. This should be interesting.

Alice in Chains was very good and pretty loud. Sold out crowd and the place was packed. Luckily we got there early so we could get a seat. Rooster for the last encore was pretty good - all their fans know all the lyrics to their songs - I didn't........ Grin

Yes - Lee May died last year.......... Carlos can play golf pretty well, even without a thumb...........

I imagine a lot of them have. It wouldn't be that rare I wouldn't think.

Unless you were born on the 38th. 😛

Yes, a nod to Sam Lay. Drummer for Howlin' Wolf and Muddy Waters among others. He has played Chicago Blues Fest several times. Plays guitar too.

Okay, I was just being lazy.

Speaking of The Chicago Blues Fest, you guys need to come this year if you can. The lineup is really better than it has been recently. Maybe the city of Chicago feels as though they need to extend an olive branch for taxing the living sh!t out us for living here. 😮

George Brett was number 5. He was born in May. Does that count? Grin

Beautiful spring day here.
