Johnny was off key much of the time, and a good deal of that was edited out for the official release. But for crying out loud, it was a JAM with a song JW wasn't familiar with. It steals away authenticity that it wouldn't be released the way it ACTUALLY happened.
I'd feel the same way if it was Duane joining some other band on stage and they were all jamming, Duane missed some notes, was off key (for example)... I'd still want to hear it blemishes and all because it's Duane Friggin' Allman.

So I found out very late yesterday afternoon that one of my best friends who has cancer (I knew this) was moved to intensive care at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Spoke with him last night and went to see him this morning. He seems okay with it. Met a few of his doctors.
Gonna take him to a ballgame when he gets out.
