Gooooooooooooooood 'ol back from Wrigley afternoon!
Was wearing shorts and the wind rolled in off the lake in the third inning and I am not exaggerating, the temp dropped 20 degrees in two or three seconds. I was scoring the game. Lasted another inning and then caught a bus home. Took a shower and had a cup of soup I was so cold. 😮

You can get them. The cheapest ones for the next week which includes St Louis (their biggest rival) are only $13 if you want to sit in the upper deck.
And the upper deck isn't that high up because the place is so small.

He was unrelenting for about two hours straight. There might have been one semi slow tempo song, the rest, rockin'.
Opening band was from Wisconsin, The Jimmys. They were very good also.

Our forecast keeps getting worse. Heavier snows and 50 mph winds. Sounds like a dandy. Might actually use the snowblower again before next winter.

Has the makings of a real sh1tkicker. Fortunately, it's over the weekend so most people won't have a need to get out. Rain changing to snow could make for some very icy conditions. And then once it's just snow those winds could cause some real drifting issues. Just a good one to ride out. Supposed to be mid 60's on Tuesday. Crazy stuff.

That Benoit show may well have been the loudest indoor show I've ever been to.
The bass was turned WAY up, many notes were distorted because it was buzzing. I was about 100' from the stage and had a wall to my back. It was actually vibrating during most of the show. 😮
Slim wasn't feeling well enough to go, so I recorded some video and sent it to him. He said he had to lower the volume on his phone to listen because of the loudness. 😮
I like Benoit, but, I don't think I'd go to another one of his shows, particularly at that venue (since I know how loud it'll be). Been to many other shows there and they were nowhere near that volume.
Damn glad that I always have hearing protection with me. If I'd forgotten it, very seriously, I would have left.
