Mac “Dr John” Rebennack, a true friend, fellow musical traveler and compatriot died today. The Allman Brothers Band family express their sincere sadness in his passing.
Mac was truly a unique musician. He played many times with the Brothers, including March 26, 2011 at the Beacon Theatre, a night we all remember.
