One thing I really don’t understand is the reason for the post-drums and bass “In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed.” After Oteil’s usual bass spot the rest of the band comes back on and plays for about a minute and a half and then the song is over and they wave their goodbyes. Of course there’s the inevitable encore, but there really is no need for Warren or Derek to come back on to finish the minute left of Liz Reed unless they can jam like ten more minutes. Unfortunately that’s not the case.
