I used to like the Allmans back in the early 70’s but lost track of them years ago. As a season ticket holder to the Greek theatre I went because I couldn’t get anyone to buy my tickets – IT CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETELY! The awesome power that they can generate onstage is staggering – I loved every second of it. Since last Friday I have bought all the DVD’s and CD’s I can find and I’ve sworn off country music forever!
I attempted to buy an “Instant CD” at the show but I guess I dont quite know how that works and I never got one. Would love it if someone has a recording of that show or can let me know where to buy one. I would like to buy one right off this website – do they do that?

Wow! Is all I can say, what a venue and what a show. Warren and derek Threw down hard. In fact derek is a true prodigy and gets better every time I see him. Thre is no better guitar tandem in Rock, HANDS DOWN! Greg’s voice sounded particularly sharp that evening with emphais on his vocals on Stormy Monday. He was so soulfol it was spirital, like the stage was the alter and audience was at peaceful worship. The drum section hands down the ever present freight train driving powerful sound down the track behind the sweet sound of dual guitars. I vote that the ABBs come to o-Cal more often and making a stop in Orange County. Peace to the Peach Corp
