It was a super smoking show on Satuday night the 29th!! My highlight of the show was diffinedly Instrumental Illness along with a crackling Dreams.I also enjoyed the hell out of one of my favorites Soulshine. I rated the gig a 9 out of 10.

Setlist:

I
Don’t Want You No More>
It Ain’t My Cross To Bear
Black-Hearted Woman
Trouble No More
.44 Blues (with Ricky Gordon(?) on washboard percussion)
All Night Train
Soulshine
Don’t Keep Me Wondering
Rocking Horse>
Desdemona
Statesboro Blues

II
Ain’t Wastin’ Time No More
Melissa
The High Cost of Low Living
On the Banks of the Deep End (w/ Danny Louis in for Gregg)
Old Before My Time
Dreams (Warren on lead this time)
Instrumental Illness
One Way Out

E
Layla (Derek ripped the poop out of this one, so-to-speak)

Highlights were Black-Hearted Woman, .44 Blues (this was an unusual and fairly slick rendition), Desdemona, Dreams (my first Warren-only), Oteil on Instrumental Illness, and Layla. Not a very good Rocking Horse, though the rest of the show was great. Much more raw than the two previous Saturday shows.
