My wife, my brother and I had front row seats right in front of Gregg. I will never forget how incredible the show was, especially Derek & Warren……………..Mark Lausche

did see db&gs at ribfest in cincy and i thought they sounded pretty good

In 1999 the Brothers did their 30th anniversary tour and I saw them in Dallas. I thought they were as good as ever. I moved to cincy in 2000 and saw them last year without Dickey Betts. It was alright, but somehting was missing. I recently saw Dickey Betts play in Downtown Cincy and I realized that He was the heart and soul of the group. I saw the show july 3 at riverbend and it was ok, but not the same. Warren Haynes is good but He’s no Dickey Betts. I hope that before the Brothers stop touring I can see them one more time with DB.

I don’t have any complaints at all about paying fifty bones to see Derek, Phil and the ABB. Jeez, I get all warm and fuzzy just thinking about it. Let’s get the entire city up there for Franklin’s Tower!!!

These ticket prices are getting to be outrageous. This will be my third year in a row going to Riverbend and the prices have steadily increased each year. I assume it’s the venue’s, and hopefully not the band’s, doing.
