Good Morning Loungers.
I hope all (and there families and friends) are doing well during these uncertain times.
I just found the the following show on bt.etree.com:

The Brothers Celebrating 50 Years Of The Allman Brothers Band
Madison Square Garden
New York City, New York
3/10/2020

Source: Schoeps CCM4V's>Lunatec V2>Sound Devices 722 (24/44.1)
SOB/DRFC/KFC/ZFC/ADA/AARP Section 105, Row 1, Seat 3, 7' High
DSP: Sound Devices 722>Sound Forge 10.0>CD Wave>flac(16)
ID3 Tagged In Foobar 2000
Recorded By: Z-Man
Seeded By: Z-Man

It has helped to pass some of the time. Interesting to hear songs you have heard Gregg sing forever,
be sung by someone else. Comforting to see and hear a show with Warren and Derek on lead guitars again.
There are also some youtube videos of most of the songs from that night as well.

Enjoy the time with your family and friends.

Later... Cool

Thanks to a friend I have a video of the whole Brothers show on my hard drive. Unfortunately it is too long to put onto a dvd and I do not have the technology or skill to split it and do so, but thankfully I can plug my laptop into the tv to watch it.

It was a great show and I wish I had been able to be there …

Good evening loungers.
I hope you are all using the necessary precautions to keep safe and healthy.
Going on 3 weeks now of voluntary home confinement.
Starting to go a bit stir crazy, but we will get through this.

Good to know the Godzilla Lounge is still open.

Given the history of prior non-releases I'd highly doubt it.

Checkin' in on my ABB family. So far so good here but the numbers in my county grow every day. Ugh!

Sending love to all. Grin

Numbers going down in NY but still way too early to head out and be "normal".

And today I get the news from my son Derek that he's heading to work in NYC for two weeks, probably leaving next Friday or Sunday.

I thought my sleepless nights ended when Amy came home from the Army.

Guess not.

Good Afternoon Loungers, hoping you are all feeling well, and normal.

Ron, I feel your pain and nervousness. We went up and picked my son up on 3/17/2020 in Manhattan where
he lives and works. He is still working everyday, remotely. His CEO has been telling them
they might not be back in the office until the end of summer. That would suit me fine, although the house
seems smaller now with both kids home and as adults versus 10-15 years ago when they were high schoolers.

Lots of things I do miss, like live sports, live music, and going out for food and drink. But if my/our efforts help
with slowing the spread of the virus, then that is just the way it will have to be.

Best wishes for you all, try to keep sane!

Later... Cool

Update on Derek's NYC stint.

FEMA hasn't gotten with AMR as far as scheduling the staff going to NYC, so he's in Syracuse at least for the next week.

Good Ol Sunday Morning....

Hey Ron, a federal government delay that works in your favor!!! Who would've thunk it?

Good (wet and chilly) Sunday Morning Loungers.
Hope all are enjoying the downtime and good health.

Lets hope they forget about it altogether …

Afternoon All

Was just catching up on some shows i had on our DVR, this one 'Cold Justice' is about unsolved cases.

Just started watching one from Jonesboro Arkansas, wasn't that where Brother Hugh lived?
Boy wasn't he a great guy.

Well Derek's situation isn't as bead as it could be.

He's on Long Island and says the call volume is about the same as it was in Syracuse.

Such a relief that he isn't in NYC proper.

That's very relieving to hear Ron … would not want to be in a city like NYC or London right now … so glad I am retired and living in the sticks

I swear, if you didn't post the picture of the Eagle flying on Friday,
I wouldn't know what day it is. This self-quarantining in addition to
my retirement has made everyday seem the same as the day before and
the next day.

Same old, same old, around here. Trying to stay unaffected, and keep
myself from going stir crazy.

I sure hope everyone is well.

Later... Cool

Derek update.

He finished his deployment to Long Island, said he didn't think they'd be held over, they were heading to the Bronx for the last five days.

Today he texted the change of plans.

He's in Brooklyn now and expects to be in NYC until 5/28.

Handling 911 calls.

Derek is a brave young man … you must be very proud Ron … and naturally very worried too …

Positive vibes being sent over the pond … take care my friend
