It was a long scary night, but I survived Hurricane Irma. Never lost power either. I'm very grateful and wish the best to all those affected.

g'day loungers hope everyone has weathered the storm and all is well.. it's been a busy time down under and just kicking back tonight with a cold beer and some finals footy.. my youngster is off to the UK next week for a soccer training camp with his mum as chaperone so I get to stay home with the recalcitrant son.. 🙁 West Ham United for those that would know the EPL teams stay safe loungers..

Grabbed from the recent Gregg video I'm assuming? At the Warehouse in New Orleans. The setting and intimacy remind me of the time I saw them in Aug 1971 in Cleveland in a big tent. Some shows you just never forget.

BTW ... the ABB video is from Piedmont Park in Atlanta ... it confused me as well as it looks so much like the Warehouse ... and all of the free shows at Piedmont were outdoors - except for this one ... according to Ron Currens who was at the show, there is a shed at the park and this is the one and only time they played in it ...

Hi Ed ... glad Daniel is settled in ... wishing him well ... College Days can be some of the best days of your life ... as long as you remember to fit in a little studying between the parties

Thanks Colin, we've face timed with him a few times just to reinforce some issues and see how he's doing. he does complain about the 5 hours in the library he spends a few days a week, so we're happy about that.
We've always preached moderation so hopefully lessons learned.
College is as much about transiitiong to young adulthood as it is about learning a skill.
