Hi all!
Last day of work before my surgery on Tuesday. Never thought I'd be so excited about being cut open! lol Ron, thanks for all your advice and useful tips. I'm gonna try to get back to work within 3 weeks and plan to be very diligent with the physical therapy. I know you've done it and Ed, too, with his knee. I can do this!
Harley Davidson is doing some type of event (in many cities across the country) to coincide with the release of Gregg's last album. How cool is that?!

Surgery went well, already started physical therapy and heading home today. So glad it's over but I won't lie-I'm hurting. Home Health should be at my house this afternoon. I plan to be diligent in the physical exercises and my daughter will push every day to get me up walking.
Gregg's new album was streaming on NPR yesterday. Tried listening but all I could do was cry. Lol
Have a great holiday weekend. I'll be stuck at home but that's OK

We did, as usual.
Saw Asleep at the Wheel the night before the road trip.
Jeanne had never seen them, I had seen numerous shows when I lived in Texas.
Surprised her with 3rd row seats.
Right now I'm relieved that my son is OK in Beaumont, worried about Peg with Irma coming in.
Irma looks vicious on the radar, hope she takes a hard turn right and fizzles, but the weather boys are sayin different.
I am worried for Peg ... hope she (and anyone else in Irma's path) survives unscathed ...
