New job is off to a slow start, all weather related.

Next Spring things will go much smoother once the boss realizes he can be more hands off, I got this.

Lots of ordering things that were forgotten, waiting for product deliveries that are days late, etc.

Well, you got it half right. I did get a new car recently but I'm still gainfully employed, thank God. You must have read an old thread somewhere. I did lose a job that I had for 35 years but that was 7 years ago. I don't ever want to be in that position again. Talk about depression! The great folks in the lounge helped me get through that tough time. I'll always be grateful for the friends I've made here.
