You have it backwards. The GOP control both houses. The GOP has the White House. The question is what is their agenda as it seems they appear to be unable to accomplish anything.

Ryan is from the district just north of me. He was likely angry and nervous that a majority in Trumbull county had just voted for a Republican President for the first time in decades and realized that he could be voted out next (although other Republicans in his district did not enjoy down ballot success).
