Not at all and it was little billy that made the racist comment.
I posted about the liberals hatred for a blackman and said why you liberals don’t just call him what you think about him.

The example came from the 27 minute CNN interview did with Dr. Carson. The CNN interviewer brought up the homosexual question and Dr. Carson answered.
Then, CNN aired only 7 minutes of that interview after editing the full interview to paint Dr. Carson’s view on homosexuality in a negative light.
The editing was so poorly done you could easily tell CNN cut off Dr. Carson in mid-sentence.

Of course you liberals would know this if you got your information from creditable and professional news sources. Obviously you don’t.
I have asked many times from where do the liberals here get their news and not one of you have ever answered.

Hey man! How about those gas prices the past few months? Pretty cool, huh? I know you were worried about that some time back.

Been to the gas pump this week?
Here we have $259, $2.79 & $2,99. Diesel is $3.24

The consumer fuel price has risen significantly since the union strike that has shut down 20% if the U.S. refining capacity.

HEY!!! I didn't make any racist comment. I told you once it was libel to accuse me of being a racist. I'm done with this. You should be play penned. Libel is not freedom of speech.

Yeah, he should be playpenned.

He's gotten away with a lot more than some folks have who were sent to stand in the corner.

the best is when he often writes, "I asked you liberals many times and none of you have answered". Just like a little kid trying to get an adult's attention.

Muleboy can't own up to his own comments. You could look all over the forum and find racist remarks by him, some open, some veiled. It is as low as anything he has done here to lay those accusations on BillyB.

You are confused. Mil house is a name of the only president who resigned from office. You know, because he probably would have been impeached, convicted and imprisoned. He was a Republican. Hillary is a Democrat. Come to think of it, Milhous had a Vice President named Agnew who resigned after pleading no contest to taking bribes and tax evasion. No wonder you Republicans always take the high moral ground. 😛

Since 47 of your beloved Republican Senators have apparently violated the Logan Act by sending a letter to Iran about what they will do about any treaty that Iran enters into with the U.S., perhaps you should stop making jokes and worry about your party's traitorous act.

She didn't do anything wrong. I think all Secretaries of State should set up servers in their basement and be allowed to delete, share, retain, hide, store anything they want. They should be in control of all of it, and decide who should get what and when if asked to produce any documentation. They should be trusted to hide whatever they feel like so what's the big deal?

Give her a break, that Freedom of Information stuff and any documentation Laws are stupid anyway. She just wanted a little privacy so lay off. Just remember, Colin Powell did it too. Even though he conducted his business on the government account that doesn't matter. He had his own server in his kid's tree house in the backyard but he's getting a free pass. Powell did it too!

Just a witch hunt.

Your ignorance of the law continues to shine brightly.
First, why do you think so few treaties have been signed since WWII?

I'll even give you a hint:
The Congress must approve all treaties otherwise any treaty without is invalid.
America was set up with three equal branches of Government. The founding fathers foresaw a situation where an out of control ego maniac president would need to be stopped from doing damage by Congress.

The law is clear.
See The Constitution, Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2.

Read it again, genius. The Senate does not ratify the treaty, they give him permission to seek a treaty, but do not ratify it.

From another thread:

On the Lawfare blog, Harvard Law School professor Jack Goldsmith describes the letter as "embarrassing," because it's technically wrong:

The letter states that “the Senate must ratify [a treaty] by a two-thirds vote.” But as the Senate’s own web page makes clear: “The Senate does not ratify treaties. Instead, the Senate takes up a resolution of ratification, by which the Senate formally gives its advice and consent, empowering the president to proceed with ratification” (my emphasis). Or, as this outstanding 2001 CRS Report on the Senate’s role in treaty-making states (at 117): “It is the President who negotiates and ultimately ratifies treaties for the United States, but only if the Senate in the intervening period gives its advice and consent.” Ratification is the formal act of the nation’s consent to be bound by the treaty on the international plane. Senate consent is a necessary but not sufficient condition of treaty ratification for the United States. As the CRS Report notes: “When a treaty to which the Senate has advised and consented … is returned to the President,” he may “simply decide not to ratify the treaty.”

You know what is funny? You ranted over the fact that when Hillary was SecState, she negotiated no treaties. Now you point out that she wasn't legally able to do so. 😛

Not really. Bill would still be in the spotlight with all the reporters and paparazzi following him to get a scoop on the next intern he uses to find unusual uses for cigars.

It's good to see that you're hanging on to something that happened how many years ago? So you dismiss the success & accomplishments of his administration? You might want to to look at his popularity ratings in current day terms versus other presidents & those that have followed him. While at it, you might want to look at his popularity figures versus current day Congress. When you do this, let us know how the numbers shake out.

Wrong again.

The president, Sec. of State and others can negotiate a treaty but all treaties must be ratified by The Senate.

Your interpretation of the law is your opinion, not the law.

You can bet that obama will again by-pass The Senate and issue an exec. memorandum which can be easily undone by the next President.
