i have my doubts that this ruling will stand. the feds have for decades used withholding federal money to force states to do things. remember when they were threatening states to lower the legal drinking limit to .08 by withholding highway money? i can't think of other off the top of my head but i know there are others. why were those legal and now its not legal?

The judge put a temp. stay on the exec. order until the case is hear by a court and there is a ruling.

And the judges ruling applies to only one city.

This will end up in the nutty 9th which is a sanctuary for activist liberal judges which is why that court is the most overturned in the country.

That is okay. The Supreme Court is now back to its full bench and this case will certainly end up there.

Why do you think all these cases to support criminal illegal aliens are being brought on the left coast?

According to the law President Trump has the authority to take the actions and the citizens are tired of the law not being enforced.
