There will always those to see an opportunity to capitalize on a situation and use it for their own agendas. Some of the people who show up are anarchists, some aren't, they just do not know the big picture. There are 6,000 people from 20 families (the world elite) who control everything. Those are the ones to be concerned with, they have the money, power, are entrenched at the highest levels of govt. and business. A pissed off cop who shoots people for his own reasons, racial or not is just a symptom of other problems.
