Ah, don't sweet it....The Don has a plan. He's really just spreading fake news to the Russians while he works a deal to sell some visas to a few of the Russian Oligarch's who've felt a bit of the pain from the sanctions the Don can't convince Congress to remove.

Really, there's nothing to see here. No need to worry... 😉

All of his supporters will. It will either be Fake News or Obama did it too.

They don't care. Trump doesn't care either. He has Republicans in control of Congress for the next two years and they don't seem to care. He could offer an office to Putin in the Whitehouse to help things along and his supporters will someone justify it.

McMaster's knows that the story did not say he revealed sources and methods so he can make this statement without lying. Unfortunately Trump gave the Russians enough intel to figure it out. When you get this type of intel from a secret source you are not supposed to share it with anyone, there are a few exceptions but to give this to an adversary is unbelievable.

Clearly Trump is compromised by the Russians and is a traitor to this country.

It should be evident for anyone with half a brain that Trump is in way over his head, doesn't know when to shut his mouth, hasn't a clue about national defense, has no respect for our intelligence community, helps the Russians make a fool of him, operates with reckless abandon, is a better fit to run a country like Venezuela, has no clue of what's in the Constitution, does the same things he criticized HC for re: security, lives in a world of alternative facts and alternative reality, and is an embarrassment to this country. Beyond this, I suspect he's a swell guy.

Yet his cult followers will give him a pass on anything and everything. I saw several of those on TV this weekend who drink from the "cup of Trump", and he can do no wrong. Go figure.

He keeps torpedoing the GOP agenda in this legislative session. Without the repeal of the ACA this summer and the subsequent replacement re: Trumpcare, the GOP can't fund the tax cuts they want to pass in the fall.

Standing in front of a microphone and lightly defending the President is one thing, actions once inside the halls of Congress is another.

I'm confused. When does the GOP have to fund anything??? Debt only matters when the Democrats are in power. In fact, it works out best when the GOP can run up the deficit at the last minute and then blame the Democrats for the increase in debt after they take power.

Interesting.... Turns out to be a false story that the Washington Post launches immediately. The noose is tightening around the mole now....

Not false at all. The noose is tightening around Trump's neck.

Here's a fact about the right - universal healthcare for the #1 superpower in the world leads to extreme rage, and is cause for impeachment, and blamed for destroying the country. Evidence of Russian interference in an American democratic election, and possible collusion within the White House, fake and no big deal even if it is true.

Ya. The only way they can really "repeal" the ACA is through reconciliation. And, let's remember, the last budget resolution that was just passed, there was plenty in it to keep the Dems happy.

For the things that the GOP wants to get done, they need to play compromise politics and they know it, but they have no idea (as if anyone else does) what is going to come out of the White House at any given moment.

There was a story last week about the Comey firing that had THIRTY sources.

Leaks are everywhere, and will continue to flow. The day-to-day business at the White House is a complete mess.

This is the second time this week that Trump has confirmed damming stuff against him after others in his administration lied for him in an attempt at damage control. It would be funny if it wasn't so horrifying. How can anyone believe a single thing anybody from Trump's Whitehouse says? It's a true national embarrassment.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman, Dimitry Peskov, continued to insist that the story of Trump sharing classified intelligence with Russian officials was “nonsense,” even after Trump tweeted about his "absolute right" to share information with Russia.

CNN spoke to Peskov after Trump’s tweets, pointing out that the US President himself was saying he had "wanted to share with Russia."

CNN: “Do you still stand by your statement that this is 'nonsense'?”

Peskov: “We don't want to comment on nonsense fakes.”

CNN: “So you deny Trump shared classified information with (Foreign Minister Sergey) Lavrov and (Ambassador Sergey) Kislyak? Even though in Trump's own tweet he essentially admits that? In addition, given all this, wouldn't the Kremlin prefer a more predictable partner in the White House?”

Peskov: “I think we've said more than enough on this."

We're Russia's lapdog now. We don't need our former European allies anymore.

Ronald Reagan should be rolling in his grave.

The office of President is pretty scripted when you think about it. The system is in place that there are so many people around you both appointed advisors and career people at the agencies that it seems all you need is some common sense and reasonable judgement to not mess things up too badly. There are plenty of exceptions like how one reacts to unforeseen events or advancing certain policy positions. But really I think that alot of people with a certain level of basic political knowledge, average awareness of foreign affairs and communication skills along with respect for all the parties that provide the office of POTUS with the tools to be the POTUS could probably sit behind the desk and not screw things up too badly. Trump has proven to not possess those traits and is a bull in a china shop and throwing the whole works out of balance. Reckless...careless...clueless...

I don't think anyone would argue that people in the media and in the Washington machine have been trying to undermine and delegitimize Trump and his administration and ofcourse I would not argue that much of that has been brought on by Trump himself either in things he has said or done or things he didn't say or do that he should've.

Now this issue of what a President tells a foreign leader or representatives of a foreign country I don't think we should know any of it. What is said and done behind closed doors should stay behind closed doors. In my view, the fact that the information is being reported now is more damaging than if it had been said and been kept in secret without anybody else knowing.

I agree to a point. In a perfect world, it would be less damaging to the US if the world did not know how incompetent and what a buffoon our president is, but we are way beyond that. The world already knows. Nobody is surprise anymore. Really, the only hope we have now is for the Republicans in congress to become embarrassed enough to do something about it and correct the mistake before more damage is done.

With all due respect, he's not only putting that foreign asset in danger, but he's jeopardizing our national security by displaying to our allies that we cannot adequately protect sensitive intelligence. His recklessness can and will get people killed. There is no defense or justification of this.

When water finds it lowest level the Repubs in Congress will realize that their seats are in jeopardy. When they realize their seats, salaries, perks, and power are heading south, they may jump ship. Until then, the majority will hang in there with the idiot occupying the WH. They want him to stamp their policies. He is a danger to this country and is his own worst enemy with his stupid tweets and uncontrollable mouth. I'm surprised his head hasn't exploded from his inflated ego.

And to think that semi-intelligent individuals voted for this guy & continue to defend him.

Last night when CNN & MSNBC were all over Trump's security leak, FOX was reporting on Bin Laden's brother and the Miss USA Pageant. Glad to see FOX is carrying Trump's water and reporting on the real & non fake issues.

Israel was source for some of information shared with the Russians

From CNN's Evan Perez, Sara Murray and Elise Labott

Israeli intelligence was a source for some of the information ISIS bomb-making capabilities that Trump discussed with Russian diplomats, according to US and diplomatic officials.

The White House would not comment on Israel being the source.

ROGER STONE: I want to raise this question, though. Why is it that General [James] Mattis, General [H.R.] McMaster, John Brennan, formerly of the CIA, Michael Hayden, formerly of the CIA, and James Clapper. Why do these guys all have shaved heads?

ALEX JONES (HOST): Because that’s part of being a leather daddy.

STONE: Is it some secret club or something that they’re in? I mean, it defies the odds of coincidence, that every one of these guys have the same kind of look. There it is. Extraordinary. By the way [McMaster’s] smirk at the end of this kind of gives the whole thing away.

JONES: He looks like he could suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

Hey, why waste the time worrying about the potential security risks of a private email server when we can just launch sensitive info right from the President's giant taco bowl hole?

The pathological liar and serial abuser of authority posing as POTUS gives us but one more gift to getting rid of him so we can "Make America Great Again" without him. It's just unbelievable how much damage he's done in such a short period of time. He has zero respect for the intelligence community and sees it as a pawn to bow down to him. When will Congress step up to the plate?
