There is no drug to my knowledge that can produce Donald Trump's ego, arrogance and obnoxiousness. If they ever figure out a way to bottle or powder those qualities, then I'll agree that we certainly have a severe drug problem.in this country 😉

Maybe what needs to be bottled is HONESTY......Unscripted, unrehearsed HONEST STRAIGHT TALK. At least with Trump you KNOW what you're getting up front, he's not out to fool anybody (like Mr. Post Partisan Unifier, for example.)

You can make your decision whether you agree with him or not secure in the knowledge that your decision was based on a true reading. Which approach would you favor? I'll take Trump's every day of the week.

Trump is a simpleton that has zero clue about how things work in Washington , DC. These aren't business deals where he can go in and strong arm people and make what he wants to happeI n happen right away. Someone needs to go show him what they have done with the filibuster over the last few years. He claims he is the best this and that and he can negotiate great deals and everybody loves him and he will build a wall and it will be the greatest wall ever and he will have Mexico pay for it and blah, blah, blah!!!!! Never a single detail about how he would or could do any of it. He is all bluster and talk. All braggadocio about his successes but never a peep about his failures and when they are brought up in the debate he declares the question to be unfair. He is nothing but a care about himself windbag with a combover. He won't get a sniff of the White House even if he were to become the Republican nominee. Hilary would beat Trump by a landslide as would any decent opponent. Republicans would be foolish to nominate Trump but hey, if you don't nominate him and treat the poor little boy fairly he will scuttle Republicans chances by running for a third party. What a chump!!!

Why did you quote me then proceed to make a bunch of comments that have absolutely nothing to do with what I posted?

This thread is not about you.

Nobody said it was. Why are you wasting time?

I love what Trump is doing. It's some of the best entertainment I've seen in years. I laughed the entire debate. I hope he gets more outrageous as the months go on, and I'm being 100% serious. I'm a die-hard fan of edgy/daring/honest Howard Stern-like content, and Trump is bringing the best of it right now. I can't wait to see what comes next. Also, his honesty, whether offensive or not, is refreshing. I wish he would invite me to his parties. I'd have a blast hanging with him. But only a fool would want a person like that to lead his/her country.

I think it's funny as $hit to sit back and watch what's going inside the GOP and also FOX. For now, Trump owns both. He seems to have garnered a lot of support from his claims of "unfair treatment from the FOX panelists" from last week's debate - right or wrong. I believe he may have boycotted the "fair & balanced network" this past weekend & yet did the rounds on the other networks. Roger Ailes is a smart enough man to know that he needs Trump for ratings. See the Trump / Ailes link below:

http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2015/08/donald-trump-and-roger-ailes-make-up-for-now.html

Think about it. Who can talk smack & trash, and still hold ratings? Trump's doing it. Nothing better could happen to the GOP.

😛

On cue & totally expected. So alloak, would you actually vote for Trump in a primary or a presidential election - yes or no?

Nothing has caused me to back off of Carson. He's still my favorite at this point. In a Presidential election it would depend on the opponent, but I wouldn't rule it out.
