Oh, c'mon now. Kaepernick could get cut anyway. Brady will regain his title, oh, Week 5. 😛

When do you think the draft order will be set?

I have tried to set up some auto draft criteria and knowing where I pick will help let everything else fall together...or I end up with 5 QBs if the auto draft thing doesn't work out.

from what i saw in another group i'm in it can't be set until we have all of the players. we only had 5 out of 10 show up for one group and 7 out of 12 for the other. the auto-draft does a pretty good job.

Maybe Sang should play...he'd doing well in the NASCAR fantasy and NFL is atleast a sport he watches!

I saw in the autodraft you can tell it what position you want to pick in each round (all, qb, rb, etc). You check the ones you want an then I assume it goes off of my list/rankings which I probably have overthought. But there are lots of players I don't want and some mid round guys I really do want. So that is where it will get interesting. I added some players to the do not draft list...how the mid round guys get picked based off of how I ranked them will be the key.

Leaving for Vegas tomorrow, but I can check in and out if I need to tweak the settings. I just know for sure that Saturday night is going to be really busy!

For anyone who likes to wager on games, if you have never experienced the environment in a big Las Vegas sportsbook I highly encourage you to put it on your bucket list. Some great memories have been had in those places.

Not here to talk fantasy, really don't get into that. I like to enjoy the game for the reality of it.

To bad for the Vikings losing Teddy Bridgewater. We see how important once again the QB position is.

I feel bad for TB , what a terrible thing to happen when so many expected a breakout year for him .

Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater out for the year. As a Packers fan, that sucks for them. Hate to see a guy go down before the season even starts.

I guess my draft turned out ok. Got alot of RBs! Wasn't really the plan, you guys must have been taking the WRs I targeted. Wanted Keenan Allen and Golden Tate pretty bad, but must not have had them ranked high enough. I did want Amari Cooper, looks like he is my #1. I like the Colby Fleener pick at TE, Brees may make him a star, moved him way up my TE rankings to make sure I got him, we'll see if that works. I wanted Stafford to be my backup, guess I messed that one up too...he's my starter.

Let the games begin!

How about Carolina -3 at Denver. I would need to look, since the NFL started these Thursday night games featuring newly crowned Champions...have any of those been home underdogs in that first game? Carolina should be favored...it just looks weird. Having said that I'll take Carolina...Trevor Simeon QB for the Broncos? No thanks.

Not a bad game to kick off the season. I didn't think Denver's new QB would be that solid, especially for a 4th quarter comeback (I flipped to the even more dramatic Yankee game). But then again, mush-mouthed corporate shill pHGHtn Manning didn't have much impact on their Super Bowl win so this is already a step up. Those Cam head shots were pretty nuts though.

Here are my picks for this weekend, first weekend is always the most interesting:

Green Bay Jacksonville (GB)
Buffalo Baltimore (Buffalo)
Chicago Houston (Houston)
Cleveland Philadelphia (Philly)
Tampa Bay Atlanta (Atlanta)
Minnesota Tennessee (Minn)
Cincinnati New York Jets (Cincy)
Oakland New Orleans (Oakland)
San Diego Kansas City (KC)
Miami Seattle (Seattle)
Detroit Indianapolis (Indy)
New York Giants Dallas (Dallas)
New England Arizona (Ariz)
Pittsburgh Washington (Pitt)
Los Angeles Rams San Francisco (LA)

Mad Mad

Per @AdamSchefter, and as earlier reported by @MarkDanielsPJ, Rob Gronkowski did not make the trip to Arizona. Gronkowski will not play.

Anyone have any predictions for the team you are a fan of? Super Bowl?

Indy will be lucky to finish 8-8,just from the preseason play, injuries, the o lines performance and lack of play makers. Hope I am wrong....

A far as the Super Bowl.....I will say Green Bay v. Pittsburgh. Denver still might be a player having to depend on their "D".

I agree with your assessment. It is really tough to predict. I do like Denver. And can you really ever rule out the damn Patriots?

Was bummed to find out the safety at the end of the Lions game didn't screw over any gamblers. Being 1-0 is nice.

A lot of close games this past weekend.

I bet the people of St Louis are having a hardy laugh this morning. 😉
Getting shut out by the 49ers . Ouch!! The Rams gave away all of those draft picks and they're number one is on the bench.
