Sad that it's actually shocking that he's smoking a j on live tv...If he were drinking bourbon or a wine or a beer no one would care...The travesty is that using cannabis publicly is actually shocking in this day and age. Seriously, WTF? It's everywhere in our culture so why the shock that Musk appreciates a healthy buzz now and then?
Besides, it's his use of cannabis (in moderation I suspect) that is the precursor to his great ideas. Anyone who's imbibed knows what I mean....For those who haven't, cannabis expands your mind greatly and allows the user an openness to ideas otherwise a little too out there.

I completely agree and hope it doesn’t cost him professionally. The timing with the talk of going private and such just made me wonder if the smoking would be the blame. I think it should be just as legal as booze or coffee.
