Alloak? Mule? OGoober?

Another victory for the good guys.
Surprised but happy to see two conservative judges band together with the 4 liberal judges to uphold the law. A ray of light in our broken political system perhaps?
At some point you would think the GOP would get the message that ACA is not going anywhere. Now if both parties could only get together to improve the law instead of refusing to cross party lines.

Without reading any articles about the decision I'd be willing to bet my house that scalia & thomas are dissenters.

The GOP is not interested improving the law. It played much better to the base and the ability to raise $$$$ by attempting to repeal. Let's see how much time and attention is spent by their candidates on the trail whipping up the rhetoric.
Huckabee loves the outcome, as one would expect from a compassionate conservative who cares about the poor.

LOL circumvent Congress? all they were doing was upholding an interpretation of the law that two conservative Republican appointed judges agreed with.
But you are right Martin the GOP candidates are going to whip their supporters in the frenzy over this. Sadly I don't see the parties ever working together on this issue. 🙁
