Everything he says he will. You can go to the thread where I put up links to his positions on the issues. He will do ALL those things. The biggie for me is that he will get us out of these never ending wars in the Middle East.

He will protect your second amendment right to bear arms to protect yourself in your own home from the criminals who do not care about more gun laws, they don't get their guns legally.

He will create jobs.

He will make better trade deals with other nations.

He will establish good relations with other countries, whose leaders have already said they felt they would be able to work well with him. (ie. Putin, Kim Jung Un).

He will put America and it's people first instead of throwing hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign aid all over the world and nobody knowing where it goes or what it is used for. He is a businessman and an administrator.

He is a humanitarian, he wants to see an end to injustice.

He will stop the illegal immigration problem and have functional borders. He will not let those 25,000 Syrian refugees, which Clinton has pledged to admit by October before the election, come here unless they can determine who they are, why they are coming and where they are going.

He will not let America be held hostage by anyone.

He will not go around destabilizing other countries and deposing their leaders and then ignore the fact that Isis just goes into these countries to establish territories. Libya did not declare war on us, so why were we funding rebels to take out Qadaffi? And then Isis takes over the oil fields. Is this good policy?

Iraq - did they declare war on us? Was it ever proven they had weapons of mass destruction? Then why did we go there, take out Saddam and become embroiled in a war that cannot be won? All we have done is create a sectarian and civil war there. We did that. We had no business doing that.

Afghanistan - Were there any Afghans driving any of those planes on 9.11.01? Did any Afghan declare war on America? Mullah Omar said that if and when America presented evidence to him of Osama's guilt in those attacks, he would turn him over to America. He denounced the attacks. No evidence was turned over, and we are still there. 15 years in a country that did nothing to us. We declared that the US got Osama in Pakistan, so why are we still in Afghanistan? Their governance is an internal matter, isn't it?

General Wesley Clark named the 7 countries we would be going to war against in 5 years, but he did not know why. Next year we go to Somalia and the Sudan. After than Lebanon and Iran. Do you want to be in perpetual war?

talk about drinking the cool aid......

The most likely scenario I see is a military coup after he exercises his demands to our military leaders

He's a pimp....nothing else

Last night General John Allen flanked by a diverse group of generals & admirals torched King Birther.

I think Mr Trump is the definition of a liar...there is no ground to stand on in that position...

He's Archie Bunker 40+ years after we realized Archie Bunker was a dying breed

He's pimp and a liar not to mention no experience at all in what would be ahead....The country is not a business and it doesn't need a CEO who thinks he can make demands like a boss does....it won't go over....he'll get nothing done because there will be just as much obstructionism that is going on now as there will be if Hillary is elected....yet there will be no chance of a military coup under her where it is clear our Military leaders will not take Mr Trumps illegal orders...

They both lie. So I'd say that Trump, the pimp and liar is worse than HC being just a liar.

If Trump wins the world will end.

If Hillary wins we'll wish the world would end.

The world actually ending is worse than just wishing it so.

Therefore Hillary is the better choice.

"Look for the narcissist. The most obvious target in today’s lineup is, of course, Donald Trump. When he looks at a glass, he is mesmerized by its reflection. If Donald Trump were shaped a little differently, he would compete for Miss America. But whatever the depths of self-enchantment, the demagogue has to say something. So what does Trump say? That he is a successful businessman and that that is what America needs in the Oval Office. There is some plausibility in this, though not much. The greatest deeds of American Presidents — midwifing the new republic; freeing the slaves; harnessing the energies and vision needed to win the Cold War — had little to do with a bottom line." - William F. Buckley, January 16, 2000

All lie and all are corrupt. Why use one of those to differentiate your politician? If they are all the same in that regard, then it should come down to their message. While I'm no fan of Hillary since she is a corrupt liar, she does preach a much better message/image for our country - not messages of hate and hostility.

So, you are saying Trump preaches a better message/image for the country than HC? If thats's what you believe, please expand upon that rationalization.

Not even close. I am not a Trump guy; believe Hillary is a one way ticket to total disaster.

And by the logic presented above, I speak out against "A" therefore I must prefer "B"....

Are there more than two choices for President?....

I believe a "Wasted" vote, is one not cast.

That's why you were asked the question - to clarify you open ended position.

You are correct. There are more than 2 choices. However the other candidates have about zero chance of winning. The beauty in voting is that voters can vote for either of the 2 main party candidates or vote in protest / vote their conscience. However if one votes either of the latter 2 choices, they get what they voted for - a guaranteed loss.

In my experience, many people claim they vote for a third party candidate so they can complain about the sitting president. "I didn't vote for him". As I have always said, it is much easier to attack than support.

Still considered voting is it not?.....Still exercising the right, are you not.....Participating in the process, would that be correct?

"A guaranteed loss"....My cross to bear; no way in Hell I can vote fro HC

As long as enough people think this way and never change their viewpoint, we will always be stuck with the 2-party system. If there were ever a cycle to try to break the cycle, this is it. If the overwhelming distaste the nation has for the two main party candidates isn't enough to to wake us up, I fear it will only get a lot worse before it gets any better.

I have a feeling it will be more like the Carter presidency. He will come face to face with the embedded bureaucracy (The old phrase: Presidents change, bureaucrats remain.) and will find that the civil servants can't be fired as easily as those in the private sector.
Of course he could just not budget much money for that group the next year and cause them to "trim the fat" a little.

Don't disagree with what you are saying, however I'm not sure what it will take for expansion of the system. In this cycle, the term "revolution" has been thrown about by both the Trump & Sanders supporters. For the most part they are still operating w/in the existing structure - Trump moreso than Sanders; but still both.

With the SCOTUS decision on Citizens United, it becomes even more difficult to expand the system and realistic alternatives. Sad to say but $$$$$ drives the system moreso than the people. It will take some sort of awakening and much greater participation & knowledge of the people for an alternative / realistic expansion beyond a minimal % points for 3rd part candidates like we have currently with Johnson & Stein. Perot was probably the closest we have seen achieve as an alternative.

I doubt we see this in our lifetimes. Beyond that...time will tell.
