Nike/Colin Kaepernick

Yeah, I believe CK has the "right" to protest in anyway he sees fit. Yada, yada, yada.
In a nutshell, all of these guys are nothing more than entertainers, this is why I fork over my hard earned cash, to be entertained. I don't attend concerts to hear political views, I don't go to movies in the hopes that someday I will hear actors use the Academy awards to preach their views on world problems. I don't sit in the stands at a sporting event to see athletes protest this or that. Whether or not they have the "right" is of zero concern to me, save it, not interested.

X2, right down the line

Kaepernick takes money from a company that uses slave labor.
Perfect.

Ivanka Trump used slave lobor in her factories.

That was a false claim by the corrupt liberal media and you bought it.
Sucker.

So do I.

Kaepernick does have the right to show disrespect to America, the military and white people.
No one questions his right to make an a$$ of himself.

No one questions his right to make an a$$ of himself.
You would know. The inalienable American right to make an ass of yourself is the foundation of your entire existence.

Claiming that people are questioning his right is the dodge from that actual issue by the far-left supporters of his garbage.

Exactly, that is why it is great that we don't play the National Anthem at concerts. That would piss me off. Why is a bunch of folks chasing a ball around considered an event requiring an obligatory show of patriotism?
Far as I'm concerned the Anthem is not part of the game, and folks can do whatever they want.
One thing that does really bug me is how the huge electronic billboards keep flashing corporate logos during the Anthem - seems way more of an insult than individual displays of protest.

Standing for the National Anthem is a long held and respected tradition of the American People.
Your disrespect for America, the military and white people is common amongst the far-left extremists.
It is also a good reason why the left-wing extremists can't win an election.
The American People reject you and your type.

Protesting injustice is the "garbage" this country was founded on.
Feel free to leave, comrade assclown.

Your irritation about their free speech is of no concern to them. We either watch and accept or find a new hobby. That’s America and free capitalism working at its finest.
And I applaud Colin and Nike for their exceptional leadership and courage to fight the good fight. The pig socks were a mistake. I can understand lashing out in error, especially when unarmed children are being shot dead while the killers walk free. Some people refuse to offer an understanding, forgiveness, and acceptance of his position. But these same people are quick to offer understanding, forgiveness, and acceptance of people currently committing far worse offenses to our country than wearing pig socks.

Trying to twist and spin your way out of the hole you dug is sad.
Hint: when you are down in a hole, first stop digging.

Hunt: take your own advice.

Aww, you feel disrespected by a football player? Poor baby.

At Suns games in Phoenix there was a banner that flashed across the lower part of the giant electronic flag during the anthem: "National Anthem brought to you by (corporate sponsor)". Direct violation of flag code, and just cheap and insulting. It would piss anyone off if someone held up a sign reading "Coca Cola" or "Samsung" during the Anthem at a school assembly - but it is considered All-American to advertise during the Anthem at sporting events.

So your problem is with the venue.
"it is considered All-American to advertise" - that is your misrepresentation.
While it is a common practice, those with class and dignity also know when to not do so.

America, the military, and white people. Interesting.

Nice catch sckeys. I am so inured to that poison by now it doesn't leap out at me the way it used to.

America, the military, and white people. Interesting.
Quite interesting considering that the vast majority of the American People reject Kaepernick's racist agenda, most notably by highly respected black athletes.

Says the moron who supports russia's pick for US president.
Says the moron who thinks the Russians had an effect on the election.
The intelligence agencies who said Russia tried to meddle in the election also said Russia had no effect on the election.

The intelligence agencies report on Russian meddling in the 2016 election is final.
They concluded that Russia did try to meddle and that had no effect on the election.

The right seems to have a fetish with citizens on display. The loyalist parade, that knee slapping joke about us kids lining up like Kim’s folks, standing at attention before a freakin ball game. I agree with respecting the anthem and flag till the very minute that the government says to do so.

The U.S. Government does not say to do so.
It is The American People that say so. You might remember the American People. They are the people you hate.

Not as interesting as someone claiming they know how 300 million people think, really...
