Sen. Robert Menendez, D-NJ, a sitting Democratic senator was recently indicted on federal bribery and corruption charges. While many believe this was the Obama administrations attempt to intimidate the senator into dropping his support to require the Iran nuclear deal be approved by Congress it never the less is an indictment for federal bribery and corruption.
The same law, 18 U.S.C. 201, applies to the Clintons.
In the Uranium via Canada to Russia deal, the Clintons took in hundreds of millions of dollars.
Compounding this issue is the fact that the Clinton Foundation failed to report the donations and is now “re-submitting” the tax returns for at least five years and probably 12 tears.
If this were a situation of a regular U.S. Citizen, they would be required to file amended returns subject to fines, penalties and possible criminal prosecution.
Will The Clintons be investigated by The I.R.S.?
Will Hillary be indicted by the Justice Department for her numerous corruption and criminal actions while Sec. of State?

Since there don't seem to be any, probably not..............but keep stating it like it's a fact - that's what conservatives, Fox, and internet trolls all do...............

As does The N.Y.Times, The Washington Post and The American People.

There's an awful lot of "attack the messenger" going on. That just makes things look worse.

Quite true.
The Hillary campaign and left-wing pundits are attacking the book (without having read it) and Fox News for reporting a highly relevant matter. Of course they don’t mention that The N.Y. Times, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal who are also reporting the corruption and criminal activity of Hillary and The Clintons.
Additionally the attacks are claiming that this is all a Republican attempt to damage Hillary’s campaign which is a load of crap. These things are entirely self-inflicted by the Clintons themselves and the Republicans have nothing to do with it.
Not one of the Hillary/Clintons “defenders” have said that the accusations are not true nor do they offer any explanations.
Notice too that Hillary and her campaign have gone into hiding.
I would think that the Clinton's lawyers are billing some big time hours.
As with her husband did, Hillary should be setting up her legal defense fund.

Just an observation on current American politics:
There are people who will vote FOR Hillary because she is Hillary.
There are folks who will vote AGAINST Hillary because she is Hillary.

Hillary must be spending the weekend trying to come up with a new speech...
Washington Post: Hillary Clinton Has a Baggage Problem
25 Apr 2015148 - From Chris Cillizza writing at the Washington Post:
The single biggest threat to Hillary Clinton’s chances of being elected president next November — more so than any one running against her in the Democratic primary or even her future Republican general election opponent — is a sense among the electorate that the bad of putting another Clinton in office outweighs the good.
What Clinton cannot have — if she wants to win — is lots of voters saying some variant of this: “I like her and I think she’d probably be a good president. But, I just don’t want to go through all of that stuff again.” Which is why today is a not-at-all-good day for Clinton’s presidential hopes.
There’s this from the New York Times: “Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation as Russians Pressed for Control of Uranium Company.”
This from the Post: “For Clintons, speech income shows how their wealth is intertwined with charity.”
And this from Politico: “Hillary Clinton struggles to contain media barrage on foreign cash.”
Read the rest of the story at the Washington Post.

Maybe she fell down again and got another concussion, like before she was scheduled to testify before the Armed Services Committee. She'll be back in a month or two.

Apparently the Hillary campaign is going to try the “oh, we made some mistakes” approach.
The Clinton’s are so deep in it even lying, their standard, won’t get them out of this one.
Let’s see if they are investigated as any regular citizen would be.

Politics is one ugly game, isn't it.

Hillary update!!

Wow, alloak went 2 weeks without posting in this thread, that has to be a record!
😛

Now it's being reported that Hillary Clinton conducted business on more than one private email account, contradicting her prior claims.
For a Sec of State to conduct State business on private email accounts on a private server in her basement -- that can never be viewed by anyone, much less it's contents being destroyed or deleted -- is unbelievable. For her supporters to claim this is no big deal or some manufactured scandal is unbelievable if not absolutely bizarre. More than that, It's just flat out weird.

Couldn't go more than a week this time. 😛

28 days of not talking to reporters, man oh man am I looking forward to her coronation and reign.

Just an observation on current American politics:
There are people who will vote FOR Hillary because she is Hillary.
There are folks who will vote AGAINST Hillary because she is Hillary.
And I believe people are pulling for her solely because Conservatives despise her.
What a system.

I was dead set against voting for her. Now I'm going to pull the lever and vote for her just because I'm tired of this thread.
Way to go Alloak! You've got me voting against my principles.

And something close to half of the electorate won't vote at all. That is the real shame.

She doesn't have any reason to, really. Plus, any time she opens her mouth publically there is much more risk to the downside than the upside. It's Hillary or nothing. The press wants her to win as they did with Obama, and she won't be pressed just as Obama wasn't.

I was dead set against voting for her. Now I'm going to pull the lever and vote for her just because I'm tired of this thread.

That's a lot more thought than half the people that will vote for her put in.

Gov. Sam Brownback also used private e-mail address to communicate with staff
BY BRYAN LOWRY
Eagle Topeka bureauGov. Sam Brownback uses a private e-mail address to communicate with his staff and others, meaning that many of his communications would fall outside the bounds of the state’s open records law.
The governor’s use of private e-mail came to light after The Eagle requested e-mail records from numerous top administration officials. The governor’s office released those records last week.
In the records, the governor’s staffers used official government e-mails while Brownback used a private e-mail address. Eileen Hawley, the governor’s director of communications, confirmed that Brownback uses a private e-mail address.
“The Governor prefers to communicate in person or on the phone whenever possible,” Hawley said in an e-mail. “However, when he does use e-mail, he uses a personal e-mail account. E-mail sent by the Governor to staff usually comes to those staff members’ state accounts.”
The governor has previously said he uses a private cellphone instead of a state-issued one, meaning his cellphone records are not public records. He said he prefers to pay for the phone himself rather than charge the state.
The Eagle reported in January that Brownback’s budget director, Shawn Sullivan, had used a private e-mail address to send a draft of the state budget several weeks before it was released to lawmakers.
....
The Brownback’s administration’s use of private e-mail comes as Democrats are being criticized about the issue on the national level with revelations that IRS officials used private e-mail to conduct official business and that Hillary Clinton exclusively used private e-mail during her tenure as secretary of state.
The Kansas Republican Party has frequently attacked Clinton over her use of private e-mail. Clay Barker, executive director of the Kansas Republican Party, earlier had said that there’s a major difference between Sullivan’s occasional use and Clinton’s exclusive use.
“I can’t speak for the governor,” Barker said. “I don’t know what the rationale was. Maybe he just didn’t want his e-mail address out there so he gets pounded with stuff. You know, wasn’t trying to hide anything. But that’s just speculation on my part.”

Or the people who will vote against her and vote against their interests. 😉

He released the records? What the hell for? Just hit delete!
And if he has a private server in the basement just take a bat to the hard drives.
Everybody does it.

I'm voting for Hillary because I feel like I should help them out with money. I was sad to hear her say how rough they've had it financially.

The governor and Colyer’s private addresses are redacted in the records with thick, black ink. Their name appears followed by a dark line obscuring their address. The governor’s office cited an exemption in the open records law that protects information of “personal nature where the public disclosure thereof would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

Cheney just set the closet where he kept his files on fire. Ahhh, the good old days.

Is alloak auditioning to take over for Letterman? Gonna need to. be a little less one sided if that is the case. 😛

Another cynical post of yours. Can you provide some factual backup to support your premise, or are you just blowing right wing smoke?
People vote for a myriad of different reasons, and it's a personal decision when someone makes a choice. But good for you for knowing better with exceptional insight to judge them and even provide quantification.

The only bizarre thing is the obsession you have with Hillary. If you despise her so much, why do you pay so much attention to her and let her get to you like this?
