I'm thinking David Spero is a much more trustworthy and credible source than Gregg. Best bet is to hope Dickey and Warren and Derek can sit in together when the chance arises (assuming they want to) going forward. Gregg took every opportunity to torch Dickey in his book, he didn't just burn that bridge he dropped napalm on it.

Considering several members of the band tell pretty much the same story about Dickey I find it hard to believe he was the victim. That being said I would love to see Betts write a book with his version of what happened.

Either way,it's a shame this is still going on.
Would have been very cool to see them "bury the hatchet" just for one night.

Red dog always said Dickey was hurt and shocked when they broke up. He always seemed to think all it would take is for one of the brothers to contact Dickey, not our lawyers call your lawyers or fax/email but personal invite. I believe what Spero said, Dickey would be delighted and go. But Gregg, Butch and/or Jamoie would have to talk to Dickey.
