I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this!
As I have stated many times - I am so unenergized by any candidate from any party in the upcoming elections. But as far as having real meat, substance and even entertainment value - the Democratic debates have just paled in comparison to the intensity of the GOP debates. To me, the Democrats have had several campfire chats where they just got up there and sang a few verses of Kumbaya and fielded a few slow, underhand lobs tossed to them by their moderators.
There is just not a Republican that I'm willing to vote for this time around. If Hillary wins the Democratic nomination - I'll vote for the Libertarian sight unseen. If Bernie wins, I'll actually consider voting for him based entirely and solely on his willingness to legalize cannabis nationwide. He's the only candidate to even mention the issues. I wish the GOP and other candidates would take note. There are a lot of registered voters who would love to have the same rights that folks in Colorado, Washington and a few other states enjoy.

The CBS moderators did a good job asking clear questions that the American People wanted answers to from the candidates. Unfortunately the candidates rarely answered the question or went off on some other tangent. This is where the moderators should have said something like “thank you but would you please answer the question I asked?”
Not surprisingly the debate started off on terrorism and ISIS and it was obvious Hillary Clinton wanted to be somewhere else, anywhere else.
Oh well, it was fun to hear Sanders claim President Eisenhower was more a socialist then he.
