where can i find mushroom decorations

Well its March and I'm sure everyone here feels the same way as I do. Empty. It's tough without the brothers. To offset this I am throwing an ABB party with our usual crew that has been going to the Beacon for the past 15 or 20 years. We are going to watch the DVD from 3/26/09. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can find plates/cups, etc with mushrooms on them, maybe a lighted spinning mushroom, anything that would set the mood. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I picked up mushroom salt and pepper shakers at Cracker Barrel of all places..if you have those up your way. And some generic mushroom decor at larger Dollar Tree or Dollar General stores.

Ever heard of Amazon or Google?

As a matter of fact I did check those sites. No need for the sarcasm.

Wow. Let's just step back for a minute here. Really? And I am a pessimistic jerk. I'll admit it! THAT was a little harsh response for someone who was obviously joking. And I don't even KNOW PhotoRon, but really? Christmas Tree Shops comes to mind, but I don't know why I'm listing ANYTHING with an attitude like that. We are trying to help you. Like it or leave it.

Ron just can't help himself! But he is OK. Bluedad was posting some mushroom artwork a couple of weeks ago on facebook. Someone he knows makes 5 lb mushroom pieces from metal. Maybe the Big House has something interesting too. Sarcasm-the spice of life!! 😉

Here's one for you at HTN
Wooden Shroom Puzzle Box
Cool shroom puzzle with a stash box inside! Puzzle is about 2 inches high and 4 inches in diameter.
SKU: SH136
Price: $24.98

If you want to be authentic, find the local cow pasture. Now that's a trip down memory lane.

Thank you.

I found some nice ones at a Sears Garden Center, along with frogs and some other stuff.

Big Lots

Papier mache? Here's a link how to make big mushrooms:
http://www.designdazzle.com/2014/04/make-giant-mushroom-prop-party-decor/
for a good mushroom lantern cut holes and put a light inside, mount the whole show on a turntable and party on
...just thought if you want to make a real giant one, you could walk inside, have some speakers in there with ABB going, total experience....chicken wire frame, and plaster all over with papier mache, paint it up, and presto shroomzone.
Or, you could just make a big kettle of mushroom tea and the decorations would take care of themselves...

LOL, Ron! You are too much! 😮

I got the same mushroom salt & pepper shakers at Cracker Barrel a few weeks ago ~ they're not cheezy looking either, which was a huge plus.
