It is the sequel to this.
There are a lot of unauthorized band documentaries out there where they don't talk to anyone in the band, but interview either "historians", "journalists" or people close to the band to tell the story. They use generic sound-alike non-copy written music to tell the story as well.
Occasionally they will have archived interviews or footage, but even the live footage will have generic music dubbed over it.
