I remember hearing about those shows on the local news. The crowd got to be a bit much which led to some unrest. It was the 70's, Pink Floyd, the LA Sports Arena... Rock N' Roll!

@stratdal I caught TWO Dylan shows on back to back nights a few weeks ago (Macon and Dothan, AL). Happy to report that Bob's voice is better than I've heard it in many years. Short shows (90 minutes - no encore) with acoustic guitars only - Bob playing piano throughout - harmonica on a couple of tunes. With the exception of "All Along the Watchtower" (3rd song instead of the finale!) - mostly recent songs with a couple of interesting covers (Eddie Cochran's, "Nervous Breakdown" - killer version!).
Happy to see Bob clock another orbit around the sun! Like all of the players from his generation - see 'em while ya can. But Bob, himself shows no sign of slowing down!
