Always loved J Geils - got to see them in Chicago. It was the last concert at the Uptown Theater, but we didn't know that at the time. It was in December, and the place had no heat - everybody was wearing their parka during the show. I think it's really the only 'true" encore I've seen - they came out after the show and thanked everybody for sticking around with no heat and played another song. Looked it up - was 12/19/81.
nice - their shows were bombers alright - The Morning After, where the studio WmrJmr came from, was an early fave & still is
