TV news interview with Paul Riddle of the Marshall Tucker Band about the old days

Cool cover of MTB!

Growing up in the Bay Area I was lucky enough to have seen them 5-6 times at venues like the Cow Palace, Winterland and the Oakland Coliseum.....later on while in College in Fullerton, I caught them at the Hollywood Palladium, always a great show. Thanks for the memory...

...this starts off a little rough...but these amateur music convention bluegrass peeps get it going........and when they hit that bluegrass Doppler vocal lick at the 40 second mark, you know it is on...... by the 1:14 mark, it is a perfect example of someone leading a jam and taking charge for the sole reason of getting everyone ELSE on track and working as a team for the good of the JAM!!!......and watch at the 1:54 mark as the lady in the background on the left whispers some fiddle playing mime action to her buddy next to her.... bottom line...they could have put this jam together around a camp fire 37 miles from the nearest electricity and you would have seen and heard what you just had be saw!!!... God bless bluegrass music!!!
